Category 3 Flies Code Red – Black Tungsten Bead

The first person to hook a fish on this fly was legendary intrepid angler Gretchen from Colorado. She and Sean (Category 3 Founder) have now been fishing together for two weeks every year for over 15 years.
That first fish, promptly after being hooked, swam around a log. Gretchen looked at Sean and said “This is a code Red Situation” and there the fly was named.
