Bill Norman Little Scooper in Gray Striped Color New in Red Box.  Probably dates to early 1980’s.  About 1 3/4″ body not including lip.  Box in nice shape with some minor clouding of plastic sleeve, lure in great condition, just shows plastic aging of lip, see photos.  Great vintage lure to fish or collect.  Grab this one while you can.
