Daiwa Gekkabijin originated at the centre of close range, downsized lure fishing. Today, ultra-light and near ‘super natural’ lures allow the angler to explore every species with near endless invention.
Utilising a combination of High Volume Fibre and Braiding X this quartet of rods serve a progressive action and will cover every approach out there.
Two LRF 7’8” designs with a choice of tubular T or solid S tops, cater from a single gram up to 8 and 10g respectively. The rods themselves weigh under 100g!
For casting lures or presenting weighted weedless soft baits through the kelp the HRF editions offer 5-20g and 7-28g casting weights.
All models are furnished with Fuji K S/Steel O-Rings and the ultra weight saving Fuji SK reel seat. This skeletal design not only drops grams from the rod weight but elevates handling sensitivity.
